Returns

We will only deliver a product that has been paid for in full to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. Once the order is transferred to shipping, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

Delivery of items will be handled by a shipping company. The shipping company's regulations will apply to the delivery and are binding on the customer. We are committed to delivering the product to the address specified by the customer during the purchase process on our website (le-fiore.com), within 14-56 business days.

For clarity, "business day" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends. The company is not liable for any delays or non-delivery caused by force majeure or events beyond our control.

The product will be delivered to the collection point closest to the address provided by the customer. The customer cannot collect the product from the company's offices but may choose to collect it independently from the collection point. Delivery areas are determined at the sole discretion of the website operators and/or the shipping company. For remote locations, such as areas in the Danube Delta, mountain regions, or areas with restricted access for security reasons, delivery will be coordinated individually with the customer.

The website operators are not responsible for any actions or omissions by the shipping company, and no compensation will be provided for delays caused by the shipping companies. Additionally, the customer agrees that the website operators are not responsible for delays due to events beyond their control, such as strikes, communication malfunctions, hostilities, or force majeure, including war, natural disasters, and similar events.

Cancellation of Transaction

Transaction cancellations will only be valid after the customer receives an email confirmation from the company. The cancellation policy detailed below applies only to products purchased on the website. The company will not process returns for products purchased through other sources.

Cancellation of a transaction is subject to the Romanian Consumer Protection Regulations and applicable laws.

If the customer has been notified that the product has arrived at a collection point, they must collect the package promptly. Failure to collect the package after notification, resulting in the package being returned, will forfeit the customer’s right to cancel the transaction.

If a cancellation is approved, the product must be returned to the company, and all return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused (except for measurement), and in good condition without defects or wear. If a refund is requested, the customer will bear the return shipping cost (RON 30), in addition to a cancellation fee (6% of the item's cost).

Refunds (credit) from the company will be processed within 90 business days. Refunds will only be issued for the items ordered and will not include the original shipping cost. Refunds are not available for purchases where a BOGO (Buy One, Get One) discount was applied or for products sent as a gift.

Product Refunds and Exchanges

  1. Key Points for Returning Items:

    • You can request an exchange or credit within 14 days from the day you received the package (including the day of delivery).
    • The item must be returned in its original packaging and sealed bag.
    • Exchanges or credits are only possible if the item is in new condition and has not been worn beyond measurement.
    • Refunds will be processed after the item is returned in its original, unused condition.
    • Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Products purchased in a BOGO sale can only be exchanged within the same category (e.g., a dress for a dress).

Please note, a cancellation/return fee (not applicable to exchanges) of 5% of the transaction cost will apply.
